“He who gathers in summer is a prudent son, but he who sleeps in harvest is a son who brings shame.” Proverbs 10:5
Diligence as a son and an example to my son. It is fitting that the youth work to gain knowledge and to grow. It is also fitting that they work to gain the harvest of the fruit of their labor – whatever that may be.
Father, help me to be an example of diligence, and righteously teach and expect my children to be diligent. Bless us through this work. Break through the selfish bickery attitudes and bless our home with peace and love, in Jesus’ Name amen.
